Where it's been for the last seventy odd days we don't know for sure - it looked like some one had 'roughed up the suspect' - but I figure it was probably parcel purgatory - a place where letters with inadequate postage go to be chastised by angry mailmen and told they'll never see the light of day again unless their sender coughs up the ransom of a few more peso's.
